Just a little fact I learned,
It is only illegal to park on the freeway- i.e. the hard surfaces (bitumous, concrete etc.) If you happen to stall or have to leave you car, try to get it off of the hard surface and onto the grass. This might save you a ticket before the tow.
Convenience Stores
It is quite common practice for store owners to shop at the supermarket (cub/ rainbow) and then stock their stores with their goods. I have seen it many times. A store in NE that I worked at in high school bought all of its produce at Rainbow, marked it up 40 cents and then resold it. It's probably not illegal but it does seem a bit shady...
