Cute retraction Tim but I believe you as well as the rest of us know what the term was used to imply. I don't see the dictionary finding homosexual to be derogetory either but polite society some how does not use it but rather uses the term gay. So where do we go from here? Dain, I agree with you. The term breeder when used by gays is a derogatory term used for straights - and is intentionally so. I'm not sure when it started - but I remember it being used alot as early as the late 70s. The term breeder is more like the term faggot than the term homosexual (which I personally do not find derogatory). Though I do get tired of having being gay being termed a "lifestyle".
But Tim's underlying point is an important one - and that is that single taxpayers pay for many government services that we don't use. And if people who use private schools say they want vouchers because they don't use the public schools, single people ought to be able to make the same argument.
