Yes, he did!
At least, he voted against many of the Bush proposals that restrict/revoke our civil rights. I think you can be sure the Bush administration does not consider him a "sure vote" on such proposals!


But you will have to identify the specific "recent laws" to be able to get his specific vote on each one.
