At first I thought this e-mail was going to address another view such as 
moving to citywide council members which would also eliminate all the 
problems created with redistricting. And coming from a Board that has some 
citywide seats - believe me it is marvelous to have some who are somewhat 
paracohial in their own way to the area around which they reside but first 
and foremost they must think of the city as a whole and the much larger 
vision for this great city.
