Would this be the same Tony Bouza who tried to convince people that
Minneapolis did not have a gang problem? Even the Star Tribune had an
editorial pointing out how slow Minneapolis was in dealing with the gangs.
That would seem to point a finger at the person who was the police chief at
the time. Also, does anyone have a total of the dollars Minneapolis paid out
in police lawsuits during his tenure? I seem to remember the city writing
out a few checks without putting up much of a fight.
