It's actually listed as several pieces, all owned by MCDA:
- 826 Lake St E. (basically the west parking lot between Chicago & Elliot, from Lake St up to 29th) $755,400
- 2929 Chicago Ave S (apparently the alley/29th St from Chicago to Elliot) no assessed value given!
- 2843 Elliot Ave S (the Sears building itself, and the block it sits on) no assessed value given!
- 1010 Lake St E. (basically the east parking lot, 10th Ave to 11th Ave fronting on Lake St.) $354,000
- 2901 10th Ave S (the rest of the east parking area, the block between 10th Ave & 11th Ave, up to 29th St.) $ 411,200
The 3 assessed pieces (mainly the parking lots) total $1,520,600.
This is not counting the Sears building itself & the 1-1/2 blocks of land it sits on.
(There are also the 6 lots on the north half of the next block east, also owned by MCDA. These are combined into 2 parcels, 2901 (residential) & 2905 (-2921 11th Ave S (commercial, 5 lots) Total value seems to be $108,800. Not sure if this is considered part of the "Sear's site".)
