For anyone who may be interested, and may not have heard this already - MPCA will
facilitate an informational meeting about the upcoming environmental cleanup of the
polluted soil on the Warden Oil property.

What: MPCA Warden Oil meeting.
When: Thur, 18-Dec-2003, 6:30-8:00 pm.
Where: Harrison Com. Ctr., 503 Irving Av N.

As far as I know the cleanup plan for this state superfund site is non-controversal,
and is welcomed by residents of the Harrison Neighborhood. Residential standards will
be met, and the cost is somewhere around $700 million. Work is planned to beging
within the next month or two, and will be finished summer 2004. Warden Oil is located
at Humboldt Av N and 2nd Av N in the Harrison Neighborhood of North Mpls.

with the Harrison Neighborhood Association on buckthorn removal and tree plantings
