Keith says: Dear David; Some landlords in the hood are reporting 50% (+) vacancy rates. Homelessness SHOULD be a short term problem not an industry for Non-Profiteers. Let us support the homeless; not institutions of homelessness. Find, and support, a way to house the homeless in our existing rental housing stock, now.
