Affordable Housing 101 The challenge of affordable housing - what is the need, what are some of the solutions available to us right now in providing rental AND affordable ownership and what processes can be used to help us find solutions?
On Saturday, Jan 10th at 10:30 AM The Sheridan Neighborhood Organization will be hosting a community meeting/dialogue to try and help answer these questions. Participating organizations include City of Lakes Land Trust, Metropolitan Interfaith Council On Affordable Housing, North Country Development Fund, Minnesota Housing Partnership and The Corridor Housing Initiative based at The Center For Neighborhoods. The meeting will be at East Side Neighborhood Services located at 1700 NE 2nd Street. Enter through the back door that is right off the parking lot to the north of the building.
