In fact, they look pretty similar to our USA rules for citizenship (except that they have a more liberal provision in the "right of return" clause that allows any Jew, or child or grandchild, to become a citizen).
But I really don't see what this has to do with Minneapolis issues. 75 years ago, Minneapolis was a national center for anti-semitism; I don't think this is true now.
