I don't know where David Brauer got the idea that I think the SW Journal article on the November 18 Lake Street PAC meeting is necessarily accurate and fair.

I was reluctant to make too many bald faced claims about the accuracy or lack thereof BECAUSE I WASN'T AT THE MEETING.

Neither was the reporter "covering" the story, which is kind of the point.

The question ultimately will be whether cooked processes like the 35W Access and Lake Street PACs represent community input or merely the appearance of it.

It's hard to get a handle on that issue when you have to rely on the consultant in charge of cooking for too much of your information.

I don't begrudge anyone their vacations. . . .
