Im a bit confused here. I just moved into Central neighborhood last December and to my utter dismay, NRP no longer operate in my area because someone in the officer didn't do the job right. Please tell me what happened? And how can it be restart again. My concern is that our neighborhood could very well be dying without NRP. I d like to see it come back to my new area. I'm terribly disappointed it had closed up because someone had made some big mistakes.
