In Logan Park they simply didn't empty the trash. No ticket. No Warning. Two 
weeks worth of garbage doesn't work in a can designed for only one, their 
point was made. A drift or embankment would be an impediment, but an inch of 
fluffy snow on the 24 inches of driveway between the can and the alley? come 
on!...
