Does anyone out there know how often the city negotiates its contract
with the Police Federation?
Sounds like it's going to take a heck of a lot more than good intentions
on the part of our elected officials and new Police Chief in order to
reign in the thumpers. But it needs to be done, otherwise we'll be out
millions of dollars and risking race riots in the future.
