The incinerator (HERC) is not going anywhere anytime soon.

Also, as someone who has visited the incinerator, I can say that it's not
the incinerator or its' emissions that smell bad. It's the piles of garbage
waiting to be burned. The easy way to fix that with regards to a ballpark is
either to schedule delivery in such a fashion that the pile is small or gone
at game times.

As for comparing our ballpark situation to the Brewers - the point that's
being overlooked is that the Brewers' management is pathetic. It's
absolutely true that just getting more revenue will not help a team if their
management is lousy. But the Twins do not have lousy management. They've had
good enough management to win the division for the past two years. The
problem the Twins face is that without adding revenue, they can't afford to
keep the good players they've developed.
