Skyway News reports this week in an article about the upcoming Public meeting about Mill ruins Park that...

The meeting will be held at the Minnesota Recreation and Park Association's administrative office building, 2117 W. River Road, at 6:30 p.m.
Just goes to show that even the best get confused. The Minnesota RPA is housed at the Wirth House over on Bryant Ave. S. while the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board headquarters are at the address listed. It is understandable in light of all the recent media attention about the Park board. Sometimes its hard to keep the cast of characters, places, and things all straight.

And a special thanks to several of you who have been critiquing, suggesting, cajoling and watching the Park Board these days. I see some bright and shining new Park commissioners out there amongst you park loving citizens. I love it - keep it up.

citywide Park commissioner
