Dean Zimmermann has gotten enough attention today. He has been against, for, and apparently against the 35W Access Project all since Tuesday.
Enough already. It is clear that Dean's vote is not secure either way and that his hatred of traffic mentioned in the Doug Grow piece is rather luke-warm. I urge 35W Access opponents to contact their individual city council representatives and ask for a no vote on the Access Project. STRIDE's website has supporting documentation if you need it. You can find contact information for your city council representatives on the web at the city council website. While I believe that Robert Lilligren's vote is securely a no, I do not think it safe to assume that anybody is definite. The powers that be will be putting pressure on the entire council this week to agree to the concept of the ENTIRE Access Project. Here are the websites. http://stride-mn.org/home.htm http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/council/ Feel free to contact me to call me a jerk or to give you help composing your message to your council person. Contact Robert, Dean and every other city council person. It's time. Russell Raczkowski Bancroft REMINDERS: 1. Think a member has violated the rules?
