I am saddened by the continued tradition of NOT serving the people of
Minneapolis practiced by the majority of this and past City Councils.
I do urge people to contact them anyway to make a clear demand for them to
vote NO to the 35 W Access Project.
Doesn't surprise me about Gary Schiff-- I remember years ago when he was
with ACT UP and I had to sit and listen to him name drop all the important
people he knew instead of focusing on the work before us. (Work he never did by the
way. Volunteered to put together a leaflet, dropped out of sight and left the
work to us women.)
Now he name drops Karen Clark as the reason for supporting the Access
Project.
