with the cold weather out Digital TW cable has been very flakey - color tiles freezing up on the screen, audio cutting out, channels being unwatchable. only happens on channels 200 and up (the digital ones).
When we call customer service they are polite but it always sounds like this is a totally foriegn problem to them. However our technician last time said they've had lots of calls on this problem lately with the very cold weather.
Anyone else in southwest having sucha problem with their digital cable. I'm trying to figure out if this is a problem localized to us or if it is more widespread.
