Right now I think it is more important to look at the Resolution the City Council is considering on Friday morning. It is my understanding the resolution has not been in discussions with this "new" City Council and they were somewhat blindsided by this. Key is to read the Draft Resolution - it is unbelievable in length and approvals they are agreeing to. I would have hope the council would have had at least one public hearing on this. I know it has been talked about and bantered about by everyone for the last 5 years but it seems one last "hoorah" hearing for the public should have been set on this extremely controversial issue.

Where can I find the 35W Access Project plans and documents? That last time I saw a proposed plan was early 2003. I would like to see what the latest plans are.
