It seems to me that Exel had its back up against the wall for quite some time before 
they "voluntarily" decided to make this switch.  I suppose now someone is going to 
tell me that Exel "voluntarily" put up all those wind farms in SE Minnesota too.

Get real. I may not be a fool at times, but I'm not completely blind.
