Wow. We just refinanced (again) and the appraisal reveals that our modest 100-yr old 
Jordan home has appreciated (again) in the range of 18 percent since the last one two 
years ago. (we're at 5.5 percent fixed! Wooo! Hooo!)

Amazing how those prices just keep on rising. Who knows what the old heap will be 
worth when I finish the current program of upgrades?

Of course, now the taxes are higher too....
