Steve Brandt: Somebody mentioned to me last fall that a church was
interested in acquiring and rehabbing the building. Whoever told me
this was concerned about the church's chances of success, given the
extensive damage and needs of the building. Here is the information
about this lot from Hennepin County's site:

Address: 2054 JAMES AVE N
Municipality: MINNEAPOLIS
School Dist: 001 Construction year: 1900
Watershed: 6 Parcel Size: S 107X90X132X100
Sewer Dist:
Owner Name: GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE MNSTRES
Taxpayer Name
& Address: GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE MNSTRES

But other records indicate that Gethsemane sold the property last
July.
