Everyone is trying to get by, and often that includes the business owner who
risks private capital to create jobs and provide wanted products and
services in the neighborhood. It's not easy raising adequate capital and
operating funds, finding good employees, making payroll and covering other
numerous costs regularly, growing earnings and paying myriad taxes to local,
state and federal authorities consistently- especially in difficult economic
