This remains one of my favorite misconceptions held by people who live in
the suburbs.  Statistically speaking, Allina employees who live in the
suburbs and commute to the new Sears location are more likely to be killed
or injured during their commute than they are to be killed or injured by
rouge elements within the city.

If they are concerned about their personal safety, they should move into
the city and live near the Sears building.
