My husband and I tried POP! in January for our anniversary based on the multiple stars it received in a STARTRIBUNE review. The food was delicious (especially the empanades appetizer and the creme brule with a side of bubble tea and pumpkin spice desserts). I can't wait to go back and try a salad, at least 3 looked great. Everything that went by our table looked very good. We were warned that it is busy on the weekends and they were. They open at 5:00 PM and early birds that we are we watched it fill by 6:00 and there were people waiting in line from that time forward. To use a line from the governor of CA "I'll be back."
