I certainly appreciate people's interest in Park Board meetings as of late. But Chris makes the following statement in his post:

Until the Park Board begins televising their public meetings, it is
essential that members of the public attend these meetings.

All I can say is I hope people will keep coming - TV or no TV.... it just isn't the same. Kind of like talking to a person on the phone or sitting down talking face to face....it just isn't quite the same sitting in a chair watching the action. It just isn't.
And you don't need to tell me all the reasons it needs to be on - and all the times you'll watch because you have other things to do on Wednesdays nights - etc. - I know all those lines already. I think both should happen.
TV is not the answer to good communication between the Board and the citizens. It will sure help though.
