to sign such an order, that public official will be liable for
prosecution under Minnesota Statute.

Will we next see Mr. Krasnoff fulminating about the actions by Governor Pawlenty to break the law by importing drugs from Canada? Thos "illegal" actions were also trumpeted on the front page of the newspaper recently.
Or is it only 'some laws' that he thinks Government Executives ought to obey?
