Actually Jordan, it is not my interpretation. The interpretation came from Gail Baez. Gail is the lead prosecutor for Drug Court from HN County Attorney's Office. She is a HN County Attorney.
I received this from court watch people and was asked to spread it far and wide. I guess as a criminal defense attorney you have a much closer association with the laws than I do. I did manage to get ahold of the actual legislation.
