As I normally jump down Mr. Atherton's throat over his espousings it's
only fair to say I think I agree with this. I posted an idea for a "Freak
Farm" or whatever the hell I called it, a long time ago.
This bill however, doesn't seem to cover the concept and I refuse to
jump into a pride of lawers to try and extract the real meat of it.
Perhaps we could once again bring a more philosophical bent to the
discussion, I'd like to hear more about the pros and cons from the European
experience, like exactly how "zoning" works etc.
