Housing, aging, and health care planning are functions that the
Metropolitan Council has taken on as part of it's core mission.  When I
worked there the buzzword that you couldn't avoid was "life-style" housing
or planning.

What do we hear about such things today from the Met Council?  They are
very preoccupied with a transit strike.  Quel domage!
