Don't mean to be having a conversation with myself
here, considering that no one else has touched on this
subject today...

But I can't help but note that Robert Lilligren,
another councilman from an impacted neighborhood, has
not commented on the implications of HF1829.

Since he and CM Zimmerman may be running against one
another next year (if Dean moves to stay in the 6th
ward) it seems relevant to ask:

Does CM Lilligren feel okay with increasing the amount
of crack cocaine that our local dealers can be caught
with while still receiving the same charge?
