OK - so I saw this little bit in the Strib business section about City
Center getting renovated.

It sounds like the developers are continuing the chain trend of Block E. I
guess that's to get ready for all the empty-nesters from the burbs that are
supposed to come downtown and buy up all those lofts and stuff.

Heaven forbid they might actually try out something different...
