Actually, Dyna, both would be misdemeanors, which are not specifically 
crimes--felonies are crimes.

Hmm. This means that most of the National Night Out block parties are 
problematic...since most use grills to cook meat.

I have a better idea. Let's move the game to in front of your house, Dyna. 
Since baskeball isn't a problem, you should have no problem with 50 or so people 
playing there, right? You probably won't even notice the other stuff going on 
around your place then.
