My problem is that 3 or 4 cell towers now, 3 or 4 more cell towers in a couple of years and lo and behold one day we all would look up and there would be cell towers all over the Parks. NOT!
We need a policy with criteria for selection of a site and projected number for a site with some type of upper limits set for now. Let some other Board change that number later (when deemed more necessary).
Question: will these type of transmitters become obsolete and some other transmission mechanism be established?
