Due to folks telling me they missed part 1 but found part 2 interesting--more comment than I have received since CITIZENSHIP CHRONICLES debuted back on Feb 12, I have asked MTN to repeat both parts 1 and 2 of the PRT special this Thursday, April 22, and next Thursday, April 29, at 5:30 PM on Mpls cable channel 17.
Part 1 is Dean Zimmermann explaining what PRT is and how it could work in South Minneapolis. Part 2 is a continuation of Dean's presentation with a look at financing, a debate in St Paul in the Green Party about PRT and a lively discussion at that debate between Ken Avidor and Dr Ed Anderson of Taxi 2000.
