I would wager that some people don't know by March if an odd-numbered
year is an election year--at least, that is, the new people whom we
wish to attract.
I would assume, Dave, that we will be advertising the fact that we are holding
caucuses next March. Or at least I hope the new party officers would make every
attempt to do so.
