And here's the fact you disappointingly omit, given the savvy business owner
you're supposed to be. The comparison tool I used from the League of
Minnesota Cities allowed one to look specifically at city taxes.

Your comparison doesn't. All it does is give the total property tax due to
Hennepin County.

I realize all this property tax business is kinda complicated stuff, so it's
understandable how these mistakes can be made.

But the point is, if you're going to complain about what the city's property
tax policy, you should make your argument based on what portion of the
property tax is actually under the authority of the city.

Otherwise, you might end up getting embarrassed...
