Damn, This was quick, In an earlier news release today, April 26, 2004, Rybak named Jayne Baccus Khalifa his choice for Minneapolis Civil Rights Director.
According to the Press release, members of Mayor Rybak's Citizens Advisory Committee interviewed the four finalists on Saturday and provided feedback to the Mayor. The Citizen Committee helped developed criteria for the position, including a visible advocate, a collaborative leader, an innovative manager and a courageous problem solver.
