For those who did not get it the first time around. Laws, ordinances have historically been used to unfairly target certain groups/subgroups of people in our society. For example--- aniti-sodomy laws--although we all know heterosexuals do behaviors that break such laws, it was/is GLBT people who were unfairly targetted/charged with breaking such laws. In the same manner, persons who are homeless are unfairly targetted for jaywalking, and yes, for dancing in the streets of Mpls. Margaret Hastings-Mpls-Kingfield REMINDERS: 1.
