Regarding the response below to my notes about arrest for dancing in the
street:
"However, it is most likely the result of antiquated laws,
attitudes, institutional racism and/or ageism/sexism/economic disparities
than
by any great design."
The response in quotes is also my point.
And, as usual the recounting of numerous arrests is expected somehow to
legitiamize the targetting of homeless persons.
