even shocking any more.  How pathetic.

Gosh, Vicky, what a great idea!   Back in the days when Fort Snelling was
built the troops were paid with rations of whiskey and plugs of tobacco and
for years our food aid overseas counted tons of cigarettes and tobacco
products as "food aid"!  Maybe we should just go back to the good old days!
Let's just go back to the era when the Geneva Convention was drawn up!
