The Twin Cities Marathon has reversed its Americans-only prize money policy. The Marathon Board cites community opposition but I believe the policy was probably a violation of Minneapolis city ordinance and Minnesota state law. Here is the link: http://www.startribune.com/stories/503/4808981.html
