Joe Barizonsi is in error: I voted "no" on the plan, Joe. I signed the map because I was acknowledging a piece of legislation we had enacted as a commission. I'm not going to comment on the merits because the matter is in litigation. All of us commissioners were deposed at length by both sides in the Green Party's lawsuit as were the members of the City Council and Lord only knows who all else.
