Or am I to believe that the city threshold for paying settlements is so low that they will pay without any evidence? Either the settlement should not have been paid or the officers should be fired. Haven't we already paid out enough due to the behavior of rouge cops?
The quote from Mayor RT Rybak is a real gem, "But it does not necessarily say anything about guilt,". So, we just payout the money? Can't the Mayor come up with a better comment than that?
Terrell raises a number of good points. I would like to see RT Rybak and some city council members get on list and talk about this.
