Steven, It wont be the best for your wife, but there are plans to turn the small building near the 50th street station to a coffee house once construction is done and the Hiawatha project lets go of the building. Not sure when that will be, but it should be a great addition to that station area.
I waited until after the entertainment was done and rode the new train from 6 to 8 Saturday. The trains were still very crowded , but quite a great time was being had. I was at the dome station when the twins let out, that made for a real crowd. Tomorrow I will take my first paid venture in it to downtown. Something I will do mire often now that it is much easier than the traffic and parking. Ron Leurquin Nokomis East Steven wrote: P.S. My wife wants to know who to call about getting a cup of coffee at 46th St. and 34th Ave. The nifty Minnehaha Cafe is a couple blocks across the vast Hiawatha Ave. and I doubt the Sunrise Bar won't be adding early morning coffee. :-) REMINDERS: 1.
