Dan, if Governor Pawlenty is making statements regarding the Minneapolis  
Public Schools deemed inaccurate, whose job is it to inform him with corrective  
information? The Minneapolis School Board? The new superintendent? The Mayor?  
The Minneapolis legislative delegation? It seems a basis of agreed upon facts 
 would be the first step in devising a Minneapolis school district funding  
formula.
