Does anyone know what is happening at Lake and Cedar? I know a little bit of the story
behind some attempts to buy from ...his name escapes me right now but one of the
biggest "slumlords" (sorry to those who hate that term, but that is what he was/is).
Anyway, I know there have been attempts by others to buy and develop. In the last week
or so all the old for rent signs and numbers have been removed or painted over, and
the old massage parlor on the southeast corner is being gutted. So...anyone know
what's up?
