Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I'm not suprised at all by the first 6 months of McManus' term. Of the decision's Ryback has made that I disagree with, I would rank endorsing and hiring McManus as the 2nd worst. The worst being willing to let the number of firemen and police officers in the city without forcing other issues to be addressed first such as why the budget for the civil rights department is 3 times that of other cities comprable in size to Minneapolis.
