Here is a Star Tribune story regarding significant increased restaurant sales for some establishments along the light-rail. I expected folks to jump off for coffee before work or stop for a meal after work. What I did not anticipate was folks coming out of downtown on the train over their lunch period for a meal and then taking the train back to work.
